Introduction to industrial castors
Industrial caster mainly refers to a kind of caster product used in mechanical equipment or factories.
It can be a single wheel made of polyurethane, advanced reinforced nylon (MC) and rubber. The
whole product needs high strength and impact resistance, usually heavy and super heavy casters.
The metal support of industrial casters is made of high-quality black electrophoretic or black sprayed
steel plate. 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 10 mm or 12 mm steel plates can be used as supports. The
following describes the characteristics of industrial casters in detail.
1. Long lasting anti rust performance: it will not rust within three years of normal use;
2. The product is a forged integrated caster seat, with dual thrust ball bearing rotating structure, solid
welded support and manual brake system. MC nylon and polyurethane castors are available. You can
choose polyurethane casters with less noise that have protection requirements for the ground, or MC
nylon casters with wear resistance and high strength.
